A Conversation Could Change a Life

It’s R U OK? Day along with Mates in Construction Fly the Flag Day.

Our teams took time out to recognise the efforts of what these two organisations do for our industry toward suicide prevention and improving mental health.  Here at Paynters we encourage open lines of communication, where employees feel safe to speak up and ask others if they’re OK. We support the wellbeing of our team to ensure everyone is happy and healthy.

Within our offices, our teams gathered over a BBQ and afternoon tea where we encouraged everyone to have meaningful conversations with those around us including with family and friends, whilst some of our site teams took a moment to Fly the Flag for Mates in Construction, delivering toolbox talks amongst subcontractors and suppliers on the importance of checking on your mates.

Today and every day can be R U OK? Day.
