A new school project close to home!

Paynters has been appointed to build the new Junior Learning Centre at Milton State School.

The new multi-storey learning centre includes elevated walkways adjoining the new and existing heritage buildings. Levels one and two will have general learning rooms, open learning areas and associated amenities. In addition to the new building, major services upgrades will be provided across the school campus to protect the infrastructure from future flood impacts.

This project is a hop, skip and a jump to our Paynters head office in Milton, ensuring an almost non-existent environmental footprint for those popping down to the site.

Our Paynters communications team have pulled together bespoke family friendly construction signs to be displayed around the construction zone, school walkways and alongside the community gardens, which we can’t wait to show off in the coming weeks!
