A trip down memory lane

Recently, one of our promising building cadets, Jarred Hancock stopped by his old stomping ground, Ipswich Grammar School to deliver a speech to the current year 12 students about his studies, employment and life after Ipswich Grammar.
As a tradition within the school, all previous School Captains return to Ipswich Grammar to provide inspiration to school leavers about what to expect beyond those maroon and white doors. Jarred is one of PDQ’s team of cadets, and has just recently celebrated a one year anniversary with the Company. While studying at USQ Jarred has been learning the ropes in Construction, and has now joined our expert Estimating department. For Paynter Dixon, it’s about teaching our cadets a variety of skills across all departments of the business. This not only allows them to move into a position where they feel comfortable, it also puts them in a position to have a comprehensive understanding of what every individual does within the Company. It’s what makes great leaders & someday, future leaders of our great business.
