Bargara Beach Hotel design & rebuild commences

After the Bargara Beach Hotel sustained significant damage due to a fire, Paynters mobilised quickly to develop a concept design for the rebuild, working in close collaboration with the client. Proposing initiatives aimed at fast-tracking construction, in order to have the hotel up and running as soon as possible, including potentially salvaging the existing slab and substructural elements.

With the architectural form needing to be sympathetic to surrounding aesthetic and scale, the rebuilt hotel will include a new internal bar/restaurant area with large alfresco deck and landscaping addressing the street. Internally, the hotel’s food and beverage service areas will feature: a Sports Bar, a Cocktail Lounge, TAB,  DOSA and Gaming Room as well as supporting BOH, Kitchen and Amenities areas.

This is going to be a fantastic venue for Bundaberg and we look forward to seeing this one come to fruition!
