Battle of the Site BBQs – Round 2

After successfully rolling out Battle of the Site BBQ’s last year, we’re back for round 2!

In 2021, Paynters raised just over $14,000 for Mental Health across 3 of our construction sites… a figure we would like to exceed this year, now with 4 sites involved across Queensland. 

For the month of September, we are asking several Paynters sites to support conversations about mental health over a BBQ – raising awareness and funds for Beyond Blue. By rallying our site workforce to donate to this worthy cause, we are supporting the three million people in Australia affected by anxiety, depression, and suicide.

Our teams onsite at Redlands RSL, The Bower Tree, Townsville Community Learning Centre and Great Barrier Reef Arena are aiming to raise as much money as possible through weekly site BBQs and meat tray raffles.
