Berlasco Inclusive Residential Care Project Scores Victory at QMBA Awards

The Paynters team left the Brisbane Master Builders Queensland Housing and Construction Awards on Saturday night with their heads held high, bringing home a well-deserved win!

Our Berlasco Inclusive Residential Care project secured the award for Community Accommodation for Specialist Disability, Aged Care, and Nursing Homes.

Delivered under a design & construct contract, this facility provides a nurturing care environment for 115 residents. It offers 107 single rooms with ensuites and 8 suites with kitchenettes, focusing on sustainable and home-like features. This unique project exemplifies our longstanding collaboration with the Berlasco Board and reflects our unwavering dedication to constructing innovative and client-focused facilities.
