Paynters has successfully delivered the brand new, multi-level Residential Aged Care home for the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ).

Situated in the heart of Indooroopilly in Brisbane’s south-west, the facility brings significant benefits for older people from both the local and broader Brisbane community. Berlasco provides a care environment for 115-residents and offers 107 single rooms with ensuites and 8 suites with kitchenettes.

The service is broken into 6 distinct homes with domestic scaled kitchens, shared living spaces and common areas with beautiful vistas over the local area and landscapes gardens. Community facilities include a fully serviced café and hair salon, day respite, allied health & various multipurpose function spaces.
