Our latest project with Community Housing Limited Queensland is now complete — delivering 39 modern homes across two six- and seven-storey towers. The development includes a mix of Gold, Platinum, and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments, plus dedicated carer’s accommodation, a shared basement, and thoughtfully planned communal facilities to support accessibility, safety and community living.

Perfectly positioned by the tram line, these homes are designed to enable long-term, independent living for residents.
