Empowering Future Female Tradies

As we kick off 2024, let’s rewind and relive our incredible all female Try’a Trade held at Bohle TAFE last year. 👷‍♀️

Not only was this the perfect location to host the event due to our current project but the TAFE campus allowed the students from William Ross State High School and St Patrick’s College to explore a diverse range of trades, from furnishing to civil construction, painting and decorating.

These events are a valuable opportunity for students to discover their passion for careers in construction. They also serve as a platform for them to express interest in potential traineeships and work experiences with Paynters, with our goal to ignite interest and inspire the next generation of women in the construction industry.

Anyone can take up a career in construction, whether you’re still navigating through final years at school, or already established in a career – remember, it’s never too late to pivot and explore a new career path.
