Paynters has successfully reached PC on the design and construction of 21 new villas located at the Capricorn Adventist Retirement Village in Yeppoon.

The project was the first of a three stage development which will result in a total of 62 villas. The new villas have been designed based on a coastal theme, with the villa footprint’s positioned to capture views of the Capricorn coastline. The Paynters design team worked closely with the client to create unique aesthetic variations throughout the 21 villas, creating a modern and welcoming character for the new residential village. The community also includes a large parkland, with a barbeque area, a range of seating and exercise equipment.

Additionally, Paynters worked with the client to produce digital marketing material to assist in the sales of the villas before reaching practical completion. The marketing content included a digital animation and marketing video for the location and new development, virtual tours of the villas, as well as marketing plans and digital renders of the project to be included in the development brochures.  The Paynters design and construction team are very excited to see this project come to fruition, successfully capturing the vision of our long-term, valued client, Adventist.
