Paynters Pathways: Women in Construction

Paynters is committed to leading charge and engaging with our next generation, because we know the positive impact a diverse and inclusive workforce has.

Last week, in line with International Women’s Day celebrations, Paynters kicked off a new training and development initiative – Paynters Pathways. Our team held Q&A Panel discussions at Somerville House in Brisbane, with a focus on encouraging their Year 11 and 12 cohorts to consider careers in construction.  

A big thank you to our wonderful team members for their time and efforts leading this new initiative. We heard some inspiring stories and advice from Paynters own, which we hope motivates more young women to look to the construction industry as they kick start their post schooling journey’s. We look forward to engaging with more students in 2023 and beyond!
