Progress at Logan Central Social Housing

We were pleased to welcome Queensland’s Minister for Housing and Public Works Sam O’Connor to our Logan Central Social Housing Project, checking out the progress on site.

The project includes the design and construction of 18 social housing apartments across three levels (5 x 2-bed Gold Units and 13 x 1.5-bed Gold Units). With roofing and internal fit outs now underway, everything is tracking smoothly towards completion — residents are expected to move in by mid to late next year.
