Progress at Rockhampton Hospital

Progress continues at Rockhampton Hospital as part of the Cardiac Hybrid Theatre redevelopment!

Our team has recently completed works on Level 1 (Ophthalmology) delivering upgraded and modernised spaces to support patients and staff including a new procedure room, laser room and consult rooms.

On Level 5, transformation is well underway with the creation of a brand-new Cardiac Inpatient Unit – set to increase bed capacity and provide improved care for cardiac patients across Central Queensland.

This project is another step forward in delivering world-class health facilities for the region, ensuring communities have access to the care they need, closer to home.
