Project Update // QAL Gladstone

Works for Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) are taking shape in Gladstone with the Paynters team working on their Change House Building which is becoming a very visible display at QAL’s refinery entrance. The purpose-built facility is set to deliver enhanced functionality and hygiene services for workers, encompassing change house amenities as well as decontamination facilities.  

Paynters are also working on QAL’s Central Workshop Extension, with the last building slab poured on the suspended deck last week.

It’s been a hard yakka on this project for our workforce, continuing to navigate works in a live refinery. We look forward to delivering this vital infrastructure for the Central Queensland region in the coming months. Stay tuned for more project updates.
