Paynters was engaged to tackle a complex insurance rectification project following a large fire at an industrial facility in Moorebank in Southwest Sydney. 

Whilst navigating an operational environment, the Paynters team executed a complex scope of works including 6,500m2 of roof and structural replacement works across 7 bays in the main facility, the installation of a new fire
sprinkler system and replacement of overhead gantry cranes. The works also involved the decommissioning and demolition of a 40-tonne vapour phase oven including 12,500 litres of hazardous chemicals removed.
