Banyo Warehouse

Following a major fire at an industrial warehouse in Banyo, Paynters were engaged to deliver the full reinstatement of the facility. Works included the demolition of the existing concrete slab and hardstand, followed by the design and construction of a new like-for-like warehouse.

The reinstated building comprises a clear-span tilt panel (tilt-up) warehouse with a two-storey office positioned to the front. Tilt-up construction was combined with an integrated structural steel system, interlocking the building elements to achieve both strength and efficiency. The project required carefully sequenced programming and strategic panel placement to ensure safe construction and timely delivery, resulting in a new, modern and functional warehouse.
