Logan Social Housing

Paynters is proud to have completed the design and construction of the Logan Central Social Housing project for the Department of Housing and Public Works. 

The three-storey development delivers 18 modern social housing apartments, comprising five two-bedroom Gold Units and thirteen 1.5-bedroom Gold Units. Designed with safety, security and accessibility at the forefront, these new homes will provide high-quality accommodation for vulnerable Queenslanders for years to come.

A standout feature of the development is its face brick façade—a finish not commonly seen in social housing. The result is a durable, high-quality development that integrates thoughtfully with the surrounding community while providing residents with a safe and welcoming place to call home.
