Bric Housing Social Housing Development

Working alongside Bric Housing and Donald Cant Watts Corke (DCWC), Paynters delivered the design and construct of a 4-level unit complex consisting of 18 long term homes, a lobby, community spaces, carpark and landscaping.

Each of these one-bedroom units has been built with accessibility in mind featuring wider hallways and doors to make them suitable for people with decreased mobility and people who use a wheelchair.  They also feature energy efficient systems including rooftop solar panels to each unit.

Seniors, people with disabilities and individuals wanting to downsize will be among those who call this affordable housing complex in the Moreton Bay region home.
