Brunswick East Townhouses

Paynters was engaged on a managed cost for full demolition and rebuild of three townhouses in Brunswick East to resolve significant foundation issues that had affected the property for nearly a decade.

The Preliminary Feasibility Stage, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Development was spearheaded by our in-house Design Manager and Architect. The insured parties—three individual owners, two of whom are owner occupiers and one a landlord—had previously experienced multiple unsuccessful attempts to rectify the property’s issues, resulting in a sensitive and highly detailed approach by Paynters.

Upon project completion, the feedback from the insurer, superintendent, and insureds was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the success of the collaboration.
