Calliope State High School – Stage 2

Continuing on from the successful construction of Stage 1 at Calliope SHS, Paynters was once again engaged for the design and construction of the second stage of Calliope SHS.  The project included new buildings for Senior Applied Technology, Senior General Learning Centre, amenities and associated covered walkways and landscaping, catering to the growing needs to the school. 

In addition to the new facilities, refurbishment works were also carried out of two smaller hospitality and science areas. 

With the completion of this second stage of the expansion, the school is now ready to welcome year 10-12 students to occupy the new facilities for the upcoming term. The new buildings and amenities have been designed to provide a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, enabling students to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
