A significant step forward in healthcare for the Capricorn Coast community, Paynters has successfully designed and delivered a state-of-the-art, stand-alone renal facility at Capricorn Coast Hospital and Health Service in Yeppoon.
This purpose-built facility enhances local renal care services, ensuring patients can receive life-saving treatment closer to home, reducing travel times and improving overall accessibility.
Project Highlights
- Expanded renal care capacity – 8 renal chairs with dedicated clinical support areas
- Purposeful design – A ground floor and mezzanine layout, optimizing space for efficient patient care
- Critical infrastructure – A new essential energy building and plant, supporting both the renal facility and the hospital’s upgraded air conditioning system
Beyond improving patient comfort and care, this project strengthens the region’s healthcare network, reinforcing the hospital’s ability to meet growing demand.
