Greenbank Services Club Redevelopment

Paynters partnered with Greenbank Services Club once again, to deliver a vibrant transformation through the staged refurbishment and extension of this much-loved community venue. The project has breathed new life into the club, offering modern, versatile spaces designed to cater to a wide range of interests and activities.

Working collaboratively with COHA Group and Altis Architecture, we brought an exciting vision to life. Members and guests can now enjoy a range of impressive new features, including the character-filled Barrel Room and Brewery Bar, a refreshed Gaming Lounge and TAB Lounge, the bright and airy Glasshouse and Terrace, and a cozy Sunroom. The redevelopment also included the Marketplace kitchen and dining room, a children’s playground, a contemporary function room and bingo area, new staff room and amenities, a rooftop designated smoking area, and an upgraded reception.

These enhancements were completed whilst the club was still operational using a carefully staged approach and clear communication. We’re proud to have been part of this exciting new chapter for Greenbank Services Club.

• 4,400 m² of tiling using over 48 different tile selections
• 75 different types of lights
• 545 m³ of concrete poured
• 34 tonnes of reinforcing steel
• 48 tonnes of structural steel
• 17 km of electrical and data cabling installed
• 460 m of redundant beer python removed
• 765 m³ of rubbish removed, with approximately 85% recycled
