Paynters are pleased to share the recent completion of works at New Farm State School.

The team undertook the design and delivery of a new multi-storey Learning Centre and Admin & Resource Centre at the inner-city campus, working within incredibly complex access requirements while the school remained fully operational.

The project consisted of 12 general learning areas/retreat spaces, staff meetings/offices, maker space, student collaborative space, breakout/multipurpose areas, resource centre, amenities, storage, basement carparking and external landscape spaces. Works also include the demolition of 1 demountable building in the heart of the school.

The school community are incredibly happy with their brand-new infrastructure, now able to support to the growing enrolment numbers in New Farm and surrounds.
