Redcliffe Dolphins – NRL Media Facility Upgrade

Paynters partnered with the Redcliffe Dolphins once again to design and construct a brand new media facility to allow for high quality broadcasting of NRL matches held at Kayo Stadium.

This new facility includes a central camera deck and dedicated spaces for video broadcasts (Fox and Nine Network), radio broadcasts (ABC and Triple M), and print press (Courier Mail and Brisbane Times). Each of these stakeholders had specific requirements, all of which were meticulously incorporated to ensure all broadcast standards were met.

Despite the complex requirements and tight timeline, Paynters completed the project within 5 weeks, handing over just before the Dolphins’ first home game against St George. The new media facilities allowed viewers to watch the Dolphins win 38 to 0 in crisp Ultra High-Definition.
