Ripley Gateway Service Centre, Ipswich

Paynters have spent the last 12 months completing the 4 phase Design and Construction contract at Ripley Gateway within the emerging Ripley Valley growth corridor.

This particular phase of the project involved the Design and Construction of a Service Centre development consisting of Civil Works, Stormwater Management, Caltex Service Centre, 4 commercial tenancies, McDonalds food outlet with external drive-though and common user amenities. This was a significant project for the Ipswich region, with local industry participation being of high priority. For this development, Paynters partnered with locally based landscapers Logan Landscapes to procure stock from the Salvation Army’s Social Enterprise Nursey at Riverview. The nursery provides job skilling and training, along with much needed funding for the Salvation Army. Paynters project team are proud to be a part of such a monumental project in South East Queensland.
