St Andrew’s Village Ballina

Paynters successfully completed a design and construct refurbishment project at St Andrew’s Village Ballina.

This project focused on upgrading the common areas, including offices, hair salon, café, lounge areas and corridors. We also demolished and reconstructed a new reception area to provide a grand entryway.

Navigating the operational environment while maintaining open lines of communication was crucial throughout this transformation journey.

By reimagining key areas, we have refreshed an environment that is visually appealing and also contributes to a more welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for the residents of St Andrew’s.
