In collaboration with the Department of Energy and Public Works, Paynters has successfully completed the design and construction of Townsville Youth Foyer.
Located adjacent to the Pimlico TAFE Campus, this brand new 40-bed housing facility will provide safe and affordable housing for vulnerable young people aged 16-25.
Townsville Youth Foyer goes beyond basic housing by offering flexible shared living spaces and comprehensive support services including 24/7 on-site mentoring from Mission Australia to help young Queenslanders transition to independent living.
