Varsity Lakes Social Housing

Paynters recently completed the design and construction of 12 x 1 bedroom apartments for the Department of Energy and Public Works.

The social housing project, located at Varsity Lakes, includes 12 units split over 3 buildings consisting of 2 platinum, 3 gold and 7 general type units in accordance with the social housing design guidelines.

We’re proud to play our part in delivering more social and affordable housing, to ensure vulnerable Queenslanders have access to housing sooner.
