Recognising NAIDOC Week at Toolooa State High School
Paynters NAIDOC celebrations extended to our regional hubs this week, with our Gladstone team hosting an engaging morning tea onsite at the Toolooa SHS – Performing Arts Centre project.
Joined by teachers and students, alongside some of our local First Nations subcontractor partners [Brolga Cranes, Thor Interiors, TVHi], Paynters Indigenous Engagement Manager Grant Marshall led the morning, providing an opportunity for everyone to learn, celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This week and beyond, we can keep the spirit of NAIDOC alive by continuing to honour the incredible heritage and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
