State of the Art Additions for Inner City School

Last Friday, Paynters were honoured to join Minister for Education Hon Grace Grace MP alongside local dignitaries, staff, students and parents of New Farm State School to celebrate the official opening of the brand-new infrastructure across the inner-city campus.

The school has undergone a significant transformation over the last 15 months, now home to a new multi-storey learning centre, as well as state of the art administration and resource centre.

The Paynters team worked within incredibly complex access requirements while the school remained fully operational, delivering 12 GLA’s and retreat spaces, staff common areas, collaborative learning spaces, breakout/multipurpose areas, resource centre, new amenities & storage, basement carparking and external landscape spaces. Works also include the demolition of 1 demountable building in the heart of the campus.

The students, teachers and wider school community are absolutely thrilled with the end results, with the campus now able to cater to the growing enrolment numbers in New Farm and surrounds.
