Our Cadets and next-gen Contract Administrators headed out to Banyo for a special site visit, getting up close with the tilt panel process in action on one of our insurance fire rectification jobs. 🏗️

It was a fantastic opportunity to walk through key stages like casting, lifting, and propping – giving our future construction leaders a deeper understanding of how these massive panels come to life on site.

Hands-on learning like this is a game changer for our emerging talent.
