Turning the Sod at Mercy Haven

Paynters was thrilled to mark the commencement of construction for the Mercy Community ‘Haven’ Aged Care Facility in Rockhampton yesterday, with the sod turned by Bishop of Rockhampton, Michael McCarthy.

Alongside Mercy Community CEO Firtha Radyk and Mercy Community Board, we were joined by Michelle Landry MP, Superintendent Specialised Property Consulting and other key partners.

Working with new clients Mercy Community, our team are excited to embark on this journey to bring to life this 3-level, 90-bed residential aged care facility, carpark and services linkway for the Central Queensland community.

This contemporary aged care offering, will allow Mercy Community to continue the organisations mission to provide an appropriate accommodation offering in which to deliver care and support services, ensuring people can remain in their regional community as they age.

Works are expected to be completed in late 2024 marking a significant milestone in our partnership with Mercy Community and our commitment to delivering outstanding results.
