Community Housing Units on Track for 2023

Last week, Paynters construction team, alongside Managing Director Brett Johnston, hosted several special guests on site at the Bric Housing development located at Redcliffe.

In addition to other key project stakeholders, Paynters was pleased to welcome Hon Leeanne Enoch MP (Minister for Communities and Housing), Yvette D’Ath MP (Member of Redcliffe), James O’Brien (Regional Director, Central Queensland North Coast Region), and Jane West (CEO, Bric Housing).

It was the perfect opportunity for guests to tour the site and witness the progress Paynters has made to date in bringing social and affordable housing to Redcliffe. Upon completion, this community accommodation facility will house 18x 1-bedroom units, built to platinum and gold standard.

The project will support 26 full time equivalent construction jobs and assist the local community through a number of training and engagement initiatives. Paynters are grateful to be constructing this new infrastructure that will provide significant benefit to the Redcliffe community.
