Ripley Gateway Subdivision, Ipswich

Paynters completed the 4 phase Ripley Gateway project. The scope involved expansion of the City Hope Church Car Park, road widening on Ripley Road and installation of new authority infrastructure services (sewer and water), construction of an 18 Lot Subdivision and new Service centre including a Caltex Service Station, three tenancies and a McDonalds restaurant.

Phase 1 and 2 of Ripley’s includes the church car park, subdivision and infrastructure services as well as road work to widen Ripley Road. Phase 3 involved the splitting on one block into 85 individual lots including services, roads and landscaping. Phase 4 services centre earthworks are underway as well as stormwater drainage. The project was completed in mid 2017.
