The Innovative Emmaus Village on Track in Port Macquarie

Construction works are well underway at Emmaus Village Port Macquarie, with the Paynters NSW team doing a phenomenal job on site after battling through some unfortunate weather over the past few months.

We are thrilled to see this exciting design and construction collaboration with St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle come to life, with concrete slabs and blockwork nearing completion (allowing formwork to commence) and village house frames and roof trusses in progress. 

Upon completion, these 12 uniquely designed Residential Care Houses will provide 24/7 support to 94 Northern NSW residents living with cognitive impairment. Adopting the Small Household Model, the village will have a focus on providing as much independence as possible, incorporating amenities such as a café deli/ grocer, salon, dedicated activity areas, wellness centre, chapel and more, as depicted in these renders!
